It is 7 hours more (cental Time).
Check the link I'm giving you and you will see a clock with the time in France. You can check any country/city in the world. I used it when I went to France last month.

when it's 12 AM in New York, it's 6 PM in Paris (ie + 6 hours)
when it's 9 AM in San Francisco, it's 6 PM in Paris (ie + 9 hours)

Well, it's 2:15 a.m here (North Carolina) and it's 6 hours ahead of us, so it's 8:15 a.m in France right now.
