What to do for LUNCH (Quelle est-ce qu'on fait pour le dejeuner a Paris??)?

What is a good thing to do for a lunch or snack in Paris (other than Macdo, street side Crepes, or Gauffres). Also, are there sports bars like in the USA?

if you want a sports bar american-style look for The Moose behind the Marche St.-Germain on the 6th arrondisement. nearby you could also hit the Frog and Princess (which is english- no "football" but actual football). it's right nearby too (rue princesse on the 6th arrd)

All the street side cafés serve light lunches. They're a great place to eat. If you want to just get something to go, eat at the bakeries (boulangeries) and get meat filled pastry puffs, French style pizza, quiches, or baguette sandwiches plus incredibly delicious pastries.

mud
And throw in a side order of French fries

Sorry I don't know what they're called but they have these baguette sandwiches that are TO DIE FOR, if you're a sandwich lover like me.

when it comes to food, you could not land in a better place than Paris. There are all types of food and for a reasonable price but it just depends on what you are into. You can have very nice meals in bistros for €10 or so but my advice is avoid really touristic places although St Michel, Bastille, Chatelet ands Le Marais have a variety of nice food from mexican to indian , chinese, italian, french, jewish, oriental and so on.
