What to do for a few hours in Paris?

I'm going to Paris over the weekend on a guided tour.
The Tour includes all the mayor sites i.e. The Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Moulin Rouge and a Sienne River boat cruise.
On Saturday we have a free afternoon of maybe 3 hours.
I'll be in the city center. Are there any shops to visit or less well known sights or parks, that you in you're experiance would recommend this time of the year for a few hours in the afternoon.

OK for a few hours you have manies choices!!!
You have a beautiful park like "le jardin du luxembourg" is next to Notre dame by RER (line B).
Or for Shopping you have Chatelet les Halles is a big place with in the center and to access is easy by metro!!
You have St Michel area is a beautiful place with a typical french bar and restaurant!!
You have the "rue mouffetard" it's a street with shops and crepery (creperie in french).it's in 5th arrondissement of Paris next to " le jardin des plantes" beautiful park too!!
There is full with things to see in Paris!!
It's a beautiful city!!!
To know the most beautiful corners of Paris, it is necessary to leave the most known monuments.

I would recomend just walking along the Champs-Elysees. There are some great parks along there, and although there's lots of tourists, there's also a lot of locals hanging out, too.

go to a cafe and people watch. really, theres nothing like it. window shop, stroll around. it sounds too simple but its amazing. the less touristy you are the more fun it is.
