What to do in paris for two weeks?

i've been to paris plenty of times and i've gotten over my "tourist mood" or whatnot..i'm going again bcuz i'm bring a friend this time who's never been there..what can i do with her? she's not a very big history person. she hates museums. personally i think paris is almost hte wrong city for her but she is really excited..all those monuments and cathedrals and stuff..i decided is way out of question bcuz i doubt she will enjoy them very much..and i've been to these places so many times i don't even wanna do it again. but we are both 18 so we kinda need help. if i was htere alone i would know exactly what to do..but i kinda want to show her a good time. and if it possible, can u give me things to do that is quite near the eiffel tower? bcuz i live near there and i don't want to venture too far out.. thanks!! oohhh..and what is the weatehr there in april?

Well, even if she isn't interested in history and art you can show her how the Louvre, the Versailles, Champs Elysees and Notre Dame look from the outside. The gardens of the Versailles are just breathtaking - you can wander around for quite a long time.
Montmarte is great too - lots of artists and cosy shops and cafes. It's close to the Moulin Rouge - you can take her there if you can afford it, or just have a look from the outside.
You can have a cruise on the river Seine - a girl should like it - I did. It should be okay if you go there in April - not so cold anymore.
You can take her to Avenue Montaigne to see some exclusive boutiques - you can also go shopping there.
You can also take it to Museum Grevin with some wax figures - most people like it.
Paris is a beautiful city full of shops and cafes and restaurants. If you get bored with sightseeing - mind you, you know the city well so it may not impress you any more but the girl will probably notice how nice it is - you can always have a coffee and crossaint in a cafe or simply go shopping.

Well I've only been to Paris twice, but one of the funnest things to do was walking around the city and eating at random places... the food is really good. So you don't want to visit the tower or the arcs or anything? Because those things are always fun. Also, you should visit the castles because the views are really nice, even if you don't like history, and plus, there are a lot of cool souvenir shops.
When I went in June, it was really, really rainy. But April is a really good time to go, anyway. You should probably bring an umbrella and a big jacket or something because it can get really cold too.
You should try taking the segway tours, where you tour Paris on a segway. I haven't tried it, but it looks really interesting.
Go to as many restaurants as you can, because there are some really good places there.
Um... You should also go shopping there... when I went, we saw this three story Louis Vuiton store, and there's a lot of places to shop in Paris, anyway. And you should take the Metro to all the places you go because it's really cool, but keep your bag in front of you because there are SO many pickpockets, even in the churches (the cathedrals are really creepy and cool, by the way).

You could be right about Paris being the wrong city...monuments and shopping, I suppose for someone who can't handle a little art/history!

(I'm not sure, myself, since my dream trip to Paris includes about one art gallery every day!).

Sell her on the fact that she won't be able to say she has been in Paris if she hasn't been to the Louvre, and let it go at a half day...My hubby isn't that into art museums, either, so I have to tone it down...plus, if I can't get a cup of coffee after about two hours, then I'm shot, too!

There are all the great gardens, and food. OOH! Would she be interested in a day of cooking lessons? I've heard that you can do that for a day...or a couple.

And shopping in the ritzy section...I don't suppose they would frown too much if you went browsing through the Chanel house, or whatever.

Boat tour, walks along the Seine. Stroll through the parks, wander about Montmartre, and look at all the painters and their work. stuff like that.
