Oh my gosh I can't believe someone recommended Crazy Horse... that's a nasty place. Moulin Rouge and Lido are NOT night clubs but show places where you pay 80 euros to watch a 'spectacle'... For a cool night club experience, I prefer Man Ray (Johnny Depps club off champs elysees), or Buddha Bar (near Concorde by the U.S. embassy). But there are tons of clubs everywhere. Stay away from the sex places on Pigalle. they will put drugs in your drinks and then charge you 2000 euros for a couple of drinks then beat the sh*t out of you if you can't pay (seriously).

But it depends on how old you are... Buddha bar is cool for any age but Man Ray is more 30's oriented. Both are nice places where you'll need to be a bit dressed up (nothing too casual). But you'll have a really fun time. Man Ray is at 32, Rue Marbeuf just a block off Champs Elysees. It's co-owned by Johnny Depp and Sean Penn and always has a bunch of girls there. But very few French people go there so it's mainly other tourists: Asians, Germans, Brasilians, Turkish, Australians, Czech, etc.. It's fun though and you'll feel very comfortable there. The bar is a bit pricey though (20-25 euros a drink). To really have success you'll want to reserve a table there, buy a bottle of champagne (around 250 euros), and in no time you'll be surrounded by some very cute tourists.

A real French nightclub where you will not find any tourists is Club 79 (www.club79.fr). You'll need to make sure it's open though as it usually is open only on thursday/friday/saturday. You'll have to be dressed up a bit (a suit is not a bad idea there), and be prepared to speak french. There are almost no tourists there.

But for just an easy very fun time, go to Buddha Bar or Man Ray (and stay away from Pigalle...please). Do not go to Pigalle. Do not even think about going to Pigalle. But if you must just be prepared. There are some very cool places off the sides streets in that district but you really need to know where you are going.

*Queen* *Bee* *happy*
The newest one is CRAZY HORSE.The best one is MOULIN ROUGE,it's antique, hehe.Another one is LIDO.

Have a happy and joyful stay in Paris.
May you get lots of jolie mammoselle.(pretty girls)

(I've been in Paris, but not to nightclubs.A friend told me these).

Rillifane
Showcase which is under the Pont Alexandre III is the place if you are one of the young, beautiful people.
http://www.showcase.fr/

For something that is probably more realistic in terms of costs and actually meeting someone then try the Georges Cafe at 4, rue de la Huchette. http://www.paris-zoom.com/video/257/Georges-Cafe.html

I second the suggestion that you keep away from the Pigalle where you will be plucked like a dead chicken for every euro in your pocket.
