You can use subway, it's not very complicated and I think that a bus shuttle exists.
Maybe ask the french ambassy for more informations and to have a map.

This will not work.
My computer in the agency says :

* FOR ANY TRANSFER BETWEEN CDG & ORY AIRPORTS PLEASE FORESEE
A MINIMUM OF 2HOURS 15MINUTES TRANSFER.
* LUGGAGE MUST BE PICKED UP BEFORE TRANSITTING

they have these shuttle buses you have to pay for at a booth in the terminal.
its not that far, you should make it in 1.75hrs.
check out what terminal you are flying from and have a map handy. check with the driver which stop to get off at (we got off at the wrong one and had to walk ages with cases, not fun)

By prayer! Within the time you have you'll not be able to leave the airport. There is a train, however, that connects the two airports but I doubt it you have sufficient time if have a connecting flight

Invent a time machine...drive to where you wan to be..use time machine to turn back clock....simple really when you think about it!!!!
