When will France recognize the Algerian Genocide?

I'm not an historian and I can't say if there were an Genocide in Algerian. But my vision of the Algerian independance is maybe incorrect but in French school we learnt that they didn't kill people because they were algerian but they kill them because there were on the opposite side. They wouldn't kill Algerian than Milosevic would kill the Albanian in Yugoslavia.
I think we are on the good way to recognize the crimes.

There's no genocide - algerians are still there and did not have to escape abroad - the term of genocide should apply to the permanent slaughters which take place daily today in Algeria, in a world of absolute blood-hystery.

if France has to acknowledge any " algerian genocide " algerians will have to recognize the one million arab-brothers that they throat-cut between 19/03/62 and 2/07/62 day of departure of last french back to France.

The cut-throated arab-brothers were arabs who were convicted for having collaborated with french until 1962
