MontMatre (Sacré Coeur Basilica), Jim Morrison's tomb
L'Arc de Triomphe
Versailles
Le Louvre
La Sorbonne (famous université)
Notre Dame De Paris
Les Invalides (where Napoleon Bonaparte was buried among other prominent military leaders)
Jardin du Luxembourg
Musée Grévin (wax museum). You can find Bill Clinton, Madonna, Johnny Halliday, Marilyn Monroe, etc...
Musée d'Orsay
Outside of Paris, if you have time.
Mont St Michel (on the Normandy coast of France)
Le Val de Loire (Loire Valley). You can find the world-famous castles, much as the Châteaux d'Amboise, Château de Villandry and Chenonceau.
My family lives in France. I've been there so many times and never get tired of it. Each region is difference from one another and it's always fascinating to me |

don't miss Montmartre and the view from Sacre Coeur.

Other cities in France that are worth visiting depend on what you're after. If you like old medieval towns, Strasbourg, Carcassonne, Vannes ...are worth seeing.
It all depends what you're after. See also this page about France for some inspiration :

L'arc de triomphe is one of my personal favorites.
Take the metro to the CDG - Etoile stop =]
You'll be missing out on so much of you don't stop at some of the cafes. It's really is relaxing to sit down and sip a coffee and watch the whole world go by. Try Cafe de la paix near the Opera.
The Sacre Coeur is a beautiful basillica in Montmarte. You can look down from it and see half the city.
Hope this helps! |

The Louis Vitton shop on the champs elysees is impressive. It is a whole building with lifts, security and they even get your credit card details before you enter so you don't steal anything. And that Egyptian thing that the french stole like 100's of years ago. I don't know what its called but is awsome. And disneyland there is reallllly good. it is defiantly worth going there. Everything is so beautiful and alot of detail to the scenery for the "villages/worlds" - eg, fantsyland, fonteirland. They are great. |
