Check out this site. It isn't a travel agency, so you can rely on the reviews of the hotels. It also has a lot of good advice for people visiting on a budget. It provides information for a lot of cities in Europe, but it has special pages for Paris. I love the site. And the name is really clever.

Take one of those Paris night Illumination tours, plus the show of Moulin Rouge! Paris has a fantastic view at night, with Effle tower illuminates at every hour, and all the beautiful building lights up, go tot he Latin quarter, nice bars and cafes... make sure you spend a little chill-out session on the lawn in front of Sacre Coeur Cathedral at night, Paris night in a panaroma view, it's breathtaking, perfect make out place ;-)
