You won't easily find ' I love Paris' T shirt in Paris. You will probably find ' I ♡ Paris' or a lot of ' J'aime Paris ' and ' J'♥ Paris '. You will find them cheap with many different colours in the side streets souvenir shops in Pigalle. ( Metro station Pigalle ) Don't buy it near Tour Eiffel, they will ask for the maximum price there. |

There's a stretch on rue Rivoli, opposite the Louvre, with tons of tourist shops. They're obviously tourist traps, in the sense that they're over-priced, but they sell just about anything you can think of there. |

You'll easily be able to buy J'aime Paris T-shirts or something like that in Paris. Although there aren't that many tourist shops arount the Eiffel Tower, there are tourist stands by Metro Bir Hakeim and on the river bank between the tower and Trocadero. You'll definitely be able to buy T-shirts in the tourist shops on Ile-de-la-Cite around Notre Dame, the first half of Rue de Rivoli (between Place de la Concorde and the Conseil d'Etat) and in Montmartre. |

Be so careful buying from the people at the eiffel tower, they will rip you off and seel you absolute crap that will probably break. In the official shops where you buy the tickets and stuff will sell them. Just don't buy them from the random people selling on the street. Also, if anybody comes up to you holding a post card with writing on it begging for money, ignore them because they all have the same story on them and they are just trying to get money off as many people as they can. It's hard and you feel mean doing it, but just be careful :) |
