Where do i meet english speakers in paris?

i want to meet people that speak English in paris. I am here i don't speak much of French, but wish i could communicate with the french people. I would like to meet French English speakers or British or Americans. I'm more interested in meeting ladies though to have fun.I am a foreign man in town.

The French don't like to speak english, so just take plenty of cash, they can be very fast learners.

although a lot of french people speak english fluently they choose not to and may be very offended if u ask them to speak english.
what i found, if u learn a few basics and then try to speak to them in french, more often than not they will ask u what language u speak and then u can speak in broken english/french this can be a lot of fun and a great way to "bond"
if they ask u ur nationality dont say english or american (if u r) say ur irish cos they have neutral feelings towards them!
have fun

You might enjoy the Club Metropole which meets every Thursday at 15:00 until 17:00. In non–continental terms, even in Paris, the times are from 3 pm to 5 pm at Café–Tabac La Corona 2. Rue de l'Amiral Coligny (Métro: Louvre–Rivoli or Pont–Neuf).
