Cannes isn't that big. I'm not sure it even has a bus station as such. There is a square near the (railway) station where there are lots of buses. I guess that is what you mean. But why do you want to know? Buses around there are mainly used for local travel, not for inter-city. So if you want to go somewhere like Antibes or Nice, you take the train.
There is also a bus service to the airport. I'm not sure where it starts from but it stops at the Palais des Festivales and a few of the big hotels then takes the motorway to the airport. That's the nearest you'll get to a 'long distance' bus.
