Often there are some mimes in front of the Sacre Coeur in Montmartre or Place of Palais Royal, near the Louvre.

I saw one near Sacre Couer when I was there in the streets. Pretty cool. They would stand their like a statue and then when you got close they would move and then stand still again. Freaky!!!
