Upon arrival at Nord, which entrance and area should I approach? Is there an actual website for the station?
The Thalys trains are usually on the west side of the station, next to the Eurostars. There are lots of signs in the station to direct you to both types of trains.

You should take the grand lignes if you arrive by metro but if you're arriving by eurostar or another international line it's just near them.
