Where in france is there great weather frequently?
If I like it sunny, a little cool but also a little warm, where I france should I go to travel?
The south of france as many mentioned is probably your best bet. Cannes and Nice, Aix en provence, MArseille are very nice places, they do get crowded though startin in June.
If you want a not as travelled place you may want to try perpignan, around bordeaux is very nice (bassin d'arcachon) and not as a popular destination. (going south of bordeaux is quite nice and beautiful weather).
Carcassonne and Toulouse are nice derstinations as well, Carcassonne is a fortified city and is a beautifull place.

The further south you go the warmer it gets
Rillifane
Probably the French Riviera. Places like Nice and Cannes.
But, as much as I like France, if that's what you're looking for then it seems to me that the Algave in Portugal would be a better bet.
