Lots of places. You could go to Canal Saint-Martin for starters. Try Montmarte, Luxembourg Gardens, or (my favourite) explore the back streets of Paris looking for the markets where you can buy some cheese, foie gras and baguettes for the walks in the gardens.
But if you want something different, and interesting, try the cemeteries and the catacombs - it is morbid, but fascinating!
