Where should I stay in Paris? |
I am looking to go to Paris soon and I have been saving my money, but I am still on a budget. I want to be in walking distance to the eiffel tower or louvre. If anyone has a suggestion, I would be very grateful!

Really because of the metro everything in Paris is in walking distance. We stayed at the Hotel Antin Saint Georges. It was across the street from the metro and incredibly cheap and clean and everyone spoke or tried to speak English. We'd go back there in a heartbeat. |

I would go to tripadviser.com too. Look for small 2 or 3 star hotels with good reviews (they are there). I would get something on Saint Germaine or Saint Michel Boulevards or Rue Monge or Rue des Ecoles (hotel des Ecoles gets decent reviews); close to the Latin Quarter and louvre. |
