Where to buy a ticket for RER train going to CDG airport?
I only have a Visit Paris pass for zones 1-3 which i cannot use for my trip to CDG (I think!)
Every metro/RER stations in Paris has ticket counter(s) that you can buy tickets from. Otherwise there are also ticket machines (usually along the wall just across from the ticket counter).
For CDG-Paris you need ticket for zone 1-5, which costs 8.40 euro one way for adult.

You can buy the ticket at any RER station...such as Port Royal, Luxembourg, St Michel-Notre Dame, Chatelet, and Gare du Nord to name just a few. You may be able to buy at Metro stations as well, but I'm not sure.
