I’ve never left the country before and I’m very much looking forward to this trip! We’ll be leaving tomorrow and won’t return for a week. It’s part business, the rest is for fun.
Possibly the easiest way to purchase an iphone while in Paris would be to order it off of the Apple home site on the internet.
The next best option would be to look into finding a cell phone provider and signing up with a plan with them.
If you were looking a buy a used one or something you can always look on ebay and craigslist too.

There are dozens of stores selling iPhones in Paris but you would then be locked into a French Telephone provider...
Most of them were offering good deals but long contracts before they would sell one.
