I'm going to assume that, like me, you don't want to spend a fortune having dinner but want something more than the cheapest meal possible.
My favorite little place is La Methode at 2 rue Descartes. Very pleasant, moderate prices, and friendly staff. Youn can take a look at their menu and see a little video about the place here: http://www.paris-zoom.com/carte/238/La-Methode.html
Auberge Le Pot de Terre at 22, rue du Pot de Fer is also very pleasant and reasonably priced. They have a three course "menu" for 16€ http://www.lepotdeterre.com/index2.htm
And for all the crepes you can eat for 18€ try Crêpes à Gogo at 12 rue Soufflot on tuesday nights.

They have great place to eat while in Paris. I really enjoyed the Menus that each restaurant offers. For like 15 euro you get an appetizzer, entree, and dessert!!!
