Where to go in Paris? |
I am in Paris for a day In January, where are some good places to go in the city? I have been to Paris previously but only saw the Eiffel tower.
note: I can speak a little french, but not fluent, so I can't really go somewhere in Paris where nobody speaks English!! :D |

Boat tour and Musee d'Orsay would have my preference.
if you want to do shopping, go to "Les Halles".
otherwise, get a travel book on paris (Lonely planet, guide du routard) and pick what you like |

you can do wonnderful shopping ( i heard that there is a mall underground)
when i was in paris i just walk down the street and there were things to do. have money, walk around , eat crepe, take pics.
paris have great churches
make sure you know how to call the Taxi and give them the address.
learn to say i need to go restroom (W.C) . if you forget just keep repeating (Way.Say) it stands for water closet= restroom
i learned that the hard way.
i had fun in Paris, Did some hardcore shopping. dont forget to buy a beree (hat thing)
