The Buddha Bar is quite good, but expensive. I can't remeber the names but there are great nightspots around Bastille, and one or two cheesier but alright ones on the Champs-Elysées.

I'm no expert, but the "La Locomotion" is a good option for tourists. It's part of the same building as the Moulin Rouge in the Pigale district. There's 3 dancefloors, catering to 3 different tastes in music, it's open to 6am and the drinks are not overpriced. My tip is stay all night then get the first Metro back to your hotel.
