The best time for visiting France is in either the late Spring or the early Fall.
The summer is a horrid time for a visit because Paris is choked with tourists, lines at museums and tourist sights are very long, and prices are at their highest.
And while the Parisian summer is relatively mild most of the time, the lack of air conditioning, especially in budget accomodations, can be very daunting in the occassional heat wave.
Further, during the summer, many students return to their homes and adult Parisians head to the country which leaves a real gap in the social life of the city that tourists can't fill.
Your inability to speak French is not as great a disadvantage as you might anticipate. In a recent poll, 16% of Frenchmen said they speak English fluently and a substantial majority claimed to speak at least some English. Certainly everyone in the tourism and hospitality industries speaks at least some English. |

July and August are the high tourist seasons. Gardens and weather are at their best. Airline, hotel and everyday prices are at their highest at this time, too.
A better suggestion would be to come to Paris in May, Jun or even September. Prices aren't outrageous, the Parisians are in their full living mode and the weather is still very pleasant.
I've seen some biking tours of Paris before. They have a tour guide who gives you cultural/historical info about what you are seeing.
For a food tout, just bounce around from great restaurant to great restaurant. |

Every month i think, january to december, a lot of tourists are in Paris, maybe may, december are good month to visit it.
May to be quiet (not cold, fresh, good month) and december cause during xmas and new year fest, that is beautiful |

The weather is pretty much like New England weather. You can get around pretty well with out speaking much french.
It is a very big and busy city.
Use the metro for getting around. I am sure you can find tours. I lived about 45 mins away so we went around sight seeing in a day. |

early May. Temps are mild. But watch out for dropping bird poop in Les Jardins du Luxembourg. I dont know why but the birds s*** like crazy in Paris in the springtime. |

One reason for opting for August is that most of the Parisians are away.
But for other people, that is a reason for avoiding Paris in August. If you don't understand French, August is the best time for you, because in that month more of the population speaks English than French.
There are some very good guides to food and cultural Paris. For example, the publisher Mont Tonnerre has just brought out in English a couple of new guides called Paris Chik and Paris Artistik. |

Paris is god every month of the year. Now it depends if you prefer hot or cold weather. In the summer there is more festival and such, but really anytime is good
And just so you know por favor is Spanish, not French. We woul say "s'il vous plaît"
Have a good time |
