Hi from France !

For my part, I would say : almost all the south like :
Atlantic Ocean coast : ( Hendaye until Bayonne and more up).
Then my region called : Midi-Pyrénées ( around Toulouse).
Then a region called : Languedoc Roussillon ( Argelès sur Mer, Montpellier, Sete, etc...).
Obviously don't forget French Riviera until Monaco....
The better weather is from May to October....

The basque country: Bayonne, St Jean de Luz, Anglet, Biaritz!!!

Not only it is the best year round climate but it is the most beautiful area, by the sea, close to the mountains!

And the people are nice too
