Flagrant disregard for public safety and the rule of law. Arrested for DUI, driving license suspended, pulled over not once, not twice, but 3 (yes, THREE) times after the DUI and did NOT have a driver license--each offense is against the law.

plus she released a CD that has her singing. She's lucky not to get the death penalty. I'm sure she killed a few people with that.

She twice broke the terms of her suspended license and also failed to register and attended the courses assigned to her as part of her probation.

It's not just the DUI. She got the DUI and was sentenced - suspended license and courses on drinking. She was pulled over once for driving on a suspended license and was given a pass. She was pulled over again and this time, cited for driving on a suspended license. She was then pulled over a 3rd time and again, cited. The additional traffic stops were not for DUI - they were for speeding, not having her lights on and for not displaying the proper tags.

She was given probation for a DUI charge. That means that if she followed the instructions given by the court and did not get in trouble during the probationary period, she would not go to jail. But she did many things she wasn't supposed to do, and did not do things she was supposed to do as conditions of her probation.

Paris first got a ticket for driving under the influence. Then she was caught again driving without a license. She signed a form that she was going to enter a program for alcoholics and would not drive for 90 days. Well, she got caught once again violating the terms of her probation so it's off to jail for our little princess.

She had her license suspended because of DUI"s and was told NOT to drive by the Judge and she had a couple of driving while suspended, and the judge thenext time she came to court told her she has to report to jail by June 5, 2007 and spend the next 45 days there...she thinks she is above the law..she needs to go to jail and learn her lesson!!

She broke her parole, and now the court did what everyone was saying they would do and gave her half the sentence. Which just goes to prove if you have money you can do anything. I mean she broke the parole for a DUI! We're not talking unpaid tickets or something, a DUI. But I guess that doesn't matter in Hollywood.

Because she was on probation for drinking and driving. She wasn't supposed to be driving , didn't listen and drove anyway. Now she has 45 days in jail.

She was pulled over for erratic driving in Hollywod, they tested her and found out her alcohol level was above the legal limit.
She said she had one drink and ate nothing that day, but anyway her punishment was punishment was probation.The terms of her probation was that she was not to drive a car. She did she was cught, and the prosecutor reccommended sh do jail time.
However she say she was misinformed, in aycase by her publicist who said her attorneys said she could drive,

right now a law to keep the jails from being overcrowded wit people with non serious offenses in place and she may serv only a day or as soon as she is finished being processed or up to two weeks not the whole 45 days. Good enough explaination honey bun.

Initially had a DUI, then drove with a suspended license (violation of probation). Don't know why she didn't just hire a driver. Says she wasn't aware, she doesn't read what she signs and someone opens her mail for her.
