I am on holliday in France all the year long....In the southwest, and this is a little paradise! Not to speak of people who are really very friendly. You know, tourists are numerous in large cities, that's sure, but some other places such as the one I live in are desert and virgin, wild and beautiful!

I don't have to! I live in France for ten weeks now and I love it! I am an American too, but I speak French well enough to get around, which probably makes a big difference. |

The problem for tourists is that they are surrounded by other tourists - and are so surprised that we don't accept their small presents, such as mirrors, hardware, frying pans, free bags from Airlines etc .
Besides, very naughty and noisy categories of tourists, from many parts of the world are unbearable : argentinians eg - even in South America they think they are kings of the universe - I know what i talk about - some of my friends as travel agents have to deal with all that.
Don't come to France, tourists spoil it from an ecological and social point of view, and you'll be lost in that mass. |

no i live here in France and i tell everyone there much better country's to go to for there holidays ! France is to over ran by illegals and it not worth even coming to Paris to even walk around with out them begging for money . I'm from the USA but been living here in France for 9 years due to my husband job is here and for now we are stuck here .
I don't care if you feel my view is wrong you live here and see if your views on france don't change !
France is not like it used to be it over ran by way to many non french who come here and live off the french people my husband is french and i know how hard he has to work while the illegals can live here and not have to work all they do is get free money and live off the hard working french people ! |
