I recommend www.immobilienscout24.de , but it's in German. I have found my flat via that site. They have pictures in it and you can search very precisely for what you have in mind.
It's absolutely not a problem to find a nice, affordable place here. You should make sure you view the place personally though.
By the way: My neighbours are moving out soon: 2 rooms ensuite, bathroom, kitchen, all fairly newly done. approx. 60 square metres, calm place on to inner courtyard, near tube,"S-Bahn" and busses of course. Charlottenburg area (west). rent per month: ab 450 Euros all in.
It can be even cheaper than that. I only pay 277.- all in for 43 square metres.

take a look at www.meinestadt.de
then in the search bar, type in berlin, look under "immobilien". Immobilien means real estate, so you also try google or yahoo search for "immobilien". hope that helps. |
