This is a bit of a drive away from Lindau, but in Munich is the International Church of Munich, which is run by Americans. It's in Goetheplatz, just near the city centre. It also orgainised 'Younglife' and 'Wildlife' groups with both the Munich International School, and the Bavarian International School. So many families from these schools (mainly American and British) attend their Sunday serives, but also just English speaking people living in the area. I'm unsure of their website, but I know they have one. If you have trouble finding it, you can also contact either of the international schools for information.

Also check with any local military bases. They usually have a chapel on post/base that you can attend, or they have a religious life office or chaplain that can give you more information about local places of worship, probably where a number of military families attend. Good luck!
