I agree with Alwin here

But he forgot to mention we use open fire to cook our meals.

Alwin E
No. We also don't have cellphones or wireless LANs but rather rely on carrier pigeons, or drums for instant messaging.

As a matter of fact, we're a rather technology-friendly people, except a few who refuse to use microwaves (and cellphones) for fear of "radiation".

MARIO K
Bernd , you forgott AUDI !!! maybe porsche and BMW and VW . but we use open fire places to heat up our meal , most of them is mammuth meat . and we dont have T-Mobile in Germany lol ...........................................

Fenris Troll Ripper JPA RT ATL ®
Natalia where did you live to have that experience?

I agree with Alwin here both of them are funny. No they don't use Smores on those fires!!

JoTa
no, and no TVs either...

I'm really shocked to see this question appearing here. By the way.......where are you from? Haven't you ever searched the word 'microwave ovens in Germany' or 'german's microwave ovens' on any search engine? Try this german word for microwave oven....... 'Mikrowelle'.

how illiterate can anyone be?

No VickiE. There are no microwaves or any related appliances in Germany. We leave in trees and the ambassador of your country is our neighbor....................

Are you serious? I'm an American living in Germany, and I must say that no, there aren't. In fact there aren't even stoves or ovens. Everyone eats their meat raw, and we go out to the fishing hole or the river and beat our clothes clean with a rock, because there aren't any washing machines either. Hope this answers your bizarre question:)

EDIT: Apparently people on this site who gave me thumbs down don't understand SARCASM! :)
