No. We also don't have cellphones or wireless LANs but rather rely on carrier pigeons, or drums for instant messaging.
As a matter of fact, we're a rather technology-friendly people, except a few who refuse to use microwaves (and cellphones) for fear of "radiation". |

Are you serious? I'm an American living in Germany, and I must say that no, there aren't. In fact there aren't even stoves or ovens. Everyone eats their meat raw, and we go out to the fishing hole or the river and beat our clothes clean with a rock, because there aren't any washing machines either. Hope this answers your bizarre question:)
