Look into
www.db.de
This page gives you the train connections. Directely from the airport you can take the train to Munich and change there into a local train. Train connection to Munich is hourly, local trafic from Munich Hbf (Central Station) about every 30 minutes.
You ca buy the ticket to Munich via internet and also make the seat reservation. So you avoid the lines at the rail ticket counter in Frankfurt airport.
If you are travelling on UA, Lufthansa or Singapore Airlines, you will arrive in terminal 1. Just follow the signs for the station (in english too). If arriving in Terminal 2, go to the streetside. There is a shuttle bus (free), which brings you to the streetlevel above the short distance station. There are also signs for the long distance trains (tracks 4 to 7), where your train will depart.
You can look up the arrival terminal in www.fraport.de or.com. Just put in your flight number with todays date, and you will see, in which terminal your flight will arrive.
But anyway, it would be easier for you to take a flight to Mnich, if you are sure that you ae going to Oberschleissheim.

CheGuevara
There is no town called "Oberscheisshausen" in Germany. Someone's making a joke. "Scheisshaus" means "sh*t house" and is a very rude word for toilet.

There is a city called Oberhausen in Germany. That's 200 miles northwest of Frankfurt. Fastest way would be by train.

German Knight
I am pretty sure you mean Oberhausen with is 200 miles NW of Frankfurt as said above. Their is no city named the way you spell I know of.

I don`t know that city.

Bernd L
What CheGuevara wrote is right. Somebody fooled you with the name.
Or you try to fool us.
There are two towns with names closest to your spelling.
1. Oberhausen, you use the railway station (Fernbahnhof)
located at the airport.
2. Obertshausen, you use the S-Bahn, also located at the airport.
Travel time about 1 hour.

If it was a joke,
you don´t need puplic transport to reach Uppersh*thouse

You propably mean Oberschleissheim near Munich. Take a fast train via Duennpfiffdorf.
