There is a specialty in the law. You can stay all the night, if you are traveling. And have something to eat or something to drink (a beer for example) but the "Gasthaus" must not be at your residency, for you as a foreign tourist in Germany normally no problem. They charge a long distance ticket, if you are in a railway restaurant That means you can go into a Gasthaus at 2 o´clock am with your girl and order a beer. If you have a residancy for example a hotel room in that village, you have to leave at 10 o'clock pm and might come again in the morning at 6 o´ clock am.

It depends on what time you go. If you are under 18 you are allowed to drink beer and wine, but you are not allowed to be in a bar after midnight. And yes, you will be asked to show ID, if they feel like it |

The normal age for BUYING alcohol is 18 years. And you should visit "Das Klo"! Its a pub where you get beer from a piss pot. Its very funny! To find this pub, just take the underground railway to Charlottenburg, to the Adenauerplatzt subway station. But you'll have to walk a bit! |

In bars, pubs and disco you may encounter a problem, but if you go to a gasthaus you should not. After 10 chances are you may be asked to leave.
But yes it means you can go into a pub and buy a beer. |

yep, until 10PM that is. After that you have to leave the pub/restaurant unless you are accompanied by an adult.
