11 days prety much... But you should see Brandenburg Tor, and make a boattrip, and Berlin wall. There are so many museums in the city, and night life is realy good in Berlin...
Enjoy your holiday...

My wife and I were in Berlin last year around the same time.

There are quite a few things to do there.

1. Take a sightseeing tour of Berlin.
2. See the museums (including the Pergamon museum and the Egyptian collection at the Berlin Museum)
3. Go to Potsdam
4. Walk about on the Ku'damm.
5. Eat a cake at Cafe Kranzler
6. Walk through the Tiergarten
7. Visit the zoo.
8. Go to Savigny Platz
9. Take a trip to the Spreewald
10. Go to Dresden (Florence of the North)
11. Try some of the new restaurants in Berlin.
12. Take a boat tour in the river.
13. Go see the Reichstag
14. Check out the Adlon Hotel
15. See the Holocaust memorial.
16. Listen to the Berlin Philharmonik.
17. Spend some time at KaDeWe (the largest department store on Continental Europe). The food there is fantastic.
18. Nice new buildings

All in all, it is a city with energy that is rebuilding. Beautiful time to be there.

11 days is enough time you can see all the important things in Berlin. Berlin is such a nice place and always something going on.
There is museums, Zoo, Cafes, Restaurants, nice shopping places, historical sight seeings, more and more.
You can have City-bus and see the whole Berlin, river cruise.
Many clubs there too, and open hours almost the whole day and night. The prices is OK, you can have expensive food, and also many restaurants with low prices.
You can use the Subway (U-Bahn) connected everywhere and is not so expensive.
Friendly multicultural people, it's fun. I was there 4 times and can't get enough from Berlin.
I wish you great time there...

Besides the above mentioned activities, in case you are interested in museums, you could visit the Pergamon and the Neue Nationalgallerie. On the 11th there is this music event on 17 Juni strasse, with different stages (jazz, electronica, german, rock etc) Planet Pro Berlin, and there is a Dali and a Helmut Newton exhibition. http://www.berlin.de (available in english).
About nightlife, you could consult zitty.de (in german).
It is fine, in 11 days you can see almost everything - the city is interesting and the people are nice.

If you have that much time here, plan a day to go to Potsdam (Sanssoucis Castle is gorgeous, the city centre is also very pretty) and maybe even a day or two for a trio to Poland - it'll be a real eye-opener.

In Berlin, check out the Hackesche Höfe and Heckmannhöfe, Bergmannstraße in Kreuzberg, Kastanienallee in Pranzlauer Berg, take the long boat trip on the Spree that also takes you out to the Landwehrkanal. Visit the Wall Museum at Bernauer Straße and the Mauerpark (nice little flea market there on weekends) and of course the Reichstag building.
