Sorry, your question is too vague to give you a reasonable answer, but I always prefered Kreuzberg's eastern part, known to Berliners as "SO 36" and to foreigners as "little Istanbul". And, yes: Young educated Turks speak French a lot more better than I do. You might be surprised. |
