You can buy them at most "Kiosks" (small stands that sell newspapers), just ask for an "internationale telefon karte". I can't remember where any of these are in downtown Greifswald off the top of my head, but if your friends ask at the Info stand (designated by a large blue "I") I'm sure they'll help them out. |
