duty free....is only if you want to take it on the airplane.....just send it in a box in a ziplock bag. It will automatically be x-rayed and the dogs will sniff the box but they wont tell you. Just send it normally and with a label...

I agree with "Blues". Pack it carefully and label it so that customs won't open the package. Anything over one pound has to have an xray, so be prepared for that as well.
