Yes, you can use an ATM in Europe just like you can anywhere else in the world. Your credit or debit card will be charged for the direct Euro/$ ratio at the time. As a professional pilot I am a very frequent world traveler and have been to over 50 different countries. Your credit card will work anywhere in the world. The entire process is very seamless.
