the place i recommend is Europcar just as its spelled. its a great rental agency, and they have late hours to rent and dropoff. plus there is no money down they just need to have a credit card on record to make sure u pay. you pay when you dropoff, plus if you are an american you could possibly get a VAT form. A vat form saves you the 16% tax. trust me if you can get that, its worth it. oh plus unlimited mileage.
