Try HEILE WELT in Berlin - Schoeneberg. Also try to visit the capital of gay life in Germany: Cologne .... more fun HAMBURG, Germany

tidy mess
The Lonely Planet Guide to Berlin has a brief but useful guide to a lot of the gay scene.

You should also check out this gay weekly newspaper that has articles and schedules about what's going on at all the different places. It's mostly in German though so I hope you know German.
http://www.siegessaeule.de/

When I lived there a few years ago (things may have changed since then) there were only 2 gay clubs I went to frequently. Both were small and kind of divey but were packed with young people having a great time!

1)
Schwuz
http://www.schwuz.de/
It's in Kreuzberg 61, close to the Mehringdamm subway stop. It's got a little cafe in front and it's right next to the gay museum (Schwules Museum). The club is in the basement of the cafe. It had different theme nights (rock n' roll night, techno night, twink night...). The whole neighborhood around it is generally a fun place to hang out with lots of shops and restaurants during the day (not too much going on at night besides this club).

2)
Haus B (formerly known as die Busche)
http://www.dashausb.de/
Located in the southern part of Friedrichshain, in the red block colonnade underneath the Warschauerstrasse subway station (a block south of the S-Bahn station of the same name). This is a more trashy, glammy club, full of bleached-blond twinks on drugs wearing wife beaters and lots of 35 year olds staring at them. Definitely more poppy-hiphop-techno music.

If you want a more old-school gay scene you should go to this one neighorhood in Schoeneberg, I forget what it's called but there's a big gay store there. There's a big scene there too.

There's also tons of random bars spread throughout the city, especially in Kreuzberg, Schoeneberg, Friedrichshain, and Prenzlauer Berg.

Good luck!

There is someone here from Berlin that undoubtedly knows all about all the gay bars in Berlin. Look up one Tyler Durden.
