The stuff in the brackets would not really be necessary in the English language, they are, however, in the German language, which is why I translated them.

I agree with frackled. It's "Behördendeutsch" (officialese) at its finest. It simply means, "you installed your permanent mail redirection service and accept the following terms and conditions". Which, of course, contain still more officalese and legalese. I'm a German and still have a hard time sometimes understanding it.
