It's a private school that offers primary and secondary school.
Enrollment/reservation fee is 6000 â‚¬, annual fee is around 14.000 â‚¬.

German secondary schools are free of charge, but you might want to learn German before you enroll.
(BTW, I've been following your questions and I had a thought. The Volkshochschulen offer crash classes in German language that take around three months. If you'd move in January and take such a class at once, you'd have roughly half a year where you could learn and practice the language and get accustomed to the country. So by the time the new school year starts you should have a chance of following lectures. Of course, that would require you're really willing to invest a lot of energy into learning and classes. How is it with your current school grades? You wrote that you have an average of C+, so how's your learning curve? Are you a fast learner or do you have a hard time cramming new things into your head? I'd probably take the current school year as a test run and see how serious you are about learning, because if you have a good learning strategy it will definitely work to your advantage.)

I attended Frankfurt International School in the 80s. It's excellent, but expensive and fairly hard to get into. The kids there are generally from foreign families living in the area. The school is actually located in the northern suburbs of Frankfurt, in the Taunus hills overlooking the city. You can get there easily via train from the city.

Even a big place like Frankfurt is not likely to have more than one International School. Here's some info on the one there is - and this is definitely neither free nor cheap. From this link, you can go on to their website, too. so check both out.

There are two international schools in or close to Frankfurt:

All international schools in Germany are private schools and pretty expensive: 15,000 â‚¬ are about 21,000 Canadian-$ at the moment. Public schools are free. Why not take your time until next year learning some german at home, then taking a summer crash course in Germany at a language school, and afterwards attend a public school?
