Look at the results of my Yahoo search, there are some good B&B for Munich (German: München) listed:
http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=B%26B+Munich&fr=ush-ans
Maybe this one?: http://www.guesthouse-munich.net/
And, maybe also useful for you, the website of the Munich Tourism Office (in English): http://www.muenchen.de/Tourismus/6942/index.html

Good luck!

And those idiots who always gives me a thumbs down, why to heck you don't write anything here if you know it better, or are you just enjoying giving thumbs down just for fun???

Type Munich in the search engine on this page:
http://www.thetravelzine.com/search.htm

Hope that helps!

You can filter some options by location, star rating, price , last minute or booking in advance on Cheaperthanhotels in the outer and inner areas of Munich here.

I'm not sure what you define as "cool" and certainly haven't stayed at enough to compare, but the pictures may reveal some intriguing aspects

I'm visiting Munich often as I used to live there and like to go back frequently to reunite with friends. I always like to stay at Hotel Seehof in Starnberg - a half hour train ride outside of Munich's city centre and one of the city's most well-known towns for being so picturesque and quaint. I'm unsure of the exact price of one night's accomodation (but it's very cheap for Starnberg starndards) - it depends on what kind of room with which view, etc. But it always includes a traditional German breakfast buffet, and most rooms look out over Lake Starnberg (famous for the dissapearance of King Ludwig!), as the hotel is situated right on the water. It's also located right next to the main streets of the town, and is around the corner from the best boutiques, cafes, coffee shops, Italian/German restaurants and fun bars. It's literally a minute's walk away from the S-Bahn station (the public train system) and there are always a line of taxis waiting outside, so going anywhere is never a problem. Despite it's very affordable prices, it's also a wonderfully cute and clean B&B - I never have any complaints about the rooms or food when i stay there.
