The Schaumburg

01. Oktober bis 31. März, 09:30 bis 17:00 Uhr
Beside the way Bückeburg was before the foundation of th 2nd empire 1871 the smallest souvereign state in Europe.

All this castles are so around 20 km at A2 Bad Eilsen. There are some more but I have forgotten.
Greetings from Hamburg, Germany
Heinz
ps: I like Schaumburg best.

Have a look at Schloß Marienburg; it looks very impressive, and I've always wanted to go there (http://www.schloss-marienburg.de/smbinter/cms/index.php?id=5).

I think the website says something about opening March 15th...
