Planning to travel in late July around Europe, with the last stop Bonn, from Berlin. I checked bahn.de and it cost 100euro per person. Would it be cheaper if I just buy the tickets once I arrive in Berlin? The germanwings tickets are cheaper, but then again travelling from the Berlin city-airport to Bonn airport-city might cost a lot too. Which one is better?
Check with the prices from the bahn.de again, look like this is to high. Take the train it's nice looking out the window and see the Germany. You can also buy the ticket at the train station. Berlin has now a big huge new train station, you need to be there early it's very crowded there. Have fun in Germany.

It depends on your preference.
I would recommend going by train. They should be direcxt and you don't have to worry about your luggage!
Also you get to see the German landscape and may get a chance to chat woth Germans.
A journey on the Deutsche Bahn can be a funny experience!
Have fun!
