well, i have to ask the obvious question. are you going to Loveparade 2008 in Dortmund?? the actual parade is on Sat, Jul 19. but i hear the whole town starts getting ready for it round about Thur, Jul 17, with all the world class electronica jd's spinning at all the local night clubs on 'til about Sun. sounds like you want to be in Dortmund in July. maybe i'll be seeing you there.. ;-)

if not, i hear there's Kit Kat Club in Berlin, for a more darker, industrial, electro bent. even though my tastes run more towards happy flourescent raver than dark fetish queen, i think i'm going to give the KKC a try. |

Best, biggest and loudest techno club in Berlin: BERGHAIN
It's located in an old electric power station with very high ceilings and an amazing sound system. A must for the Berlin visitor who likes electronic music.

I went to Germany a few summers ago, and I'd definitely suggest Klub Bahnhof, Vandersexxx (yes it's a real place (don't let Eurotrip fool you, lol)), Der Kafe Musain, Klub Abbsee, and Nordik Wengeist. Have fun man! |
