Except of course for the syntax, the answers are correct:
Has the rent been paid regularly over the past 12 months, whereby: Has the rent been paid on time over the past 12 months would also hit the meaning if not the exact translation.
Are there any obligations from current or previous rental contracts
Are there any intentions to establish a business or conduct a self-employed activity within the residence
But ask 12 different people, you'll get 12 different translations. So here's one more, hope it helps. |

Fitz got it right except for the first question:
Have you paid your rent on time for the last 12 months?
@ sportsfan: just because the exact translation of regelmaesig is regularly, that isn't how it would be said in English. Most times you can not translate German to English word for word because the sentence structure will be wrong and some of the words wouldn't be said the same way in English. The same thing would happen if I tried to translate English to German word for word. It just wouldn't come out right. |
