OK now.
I really feel I have to explain something to you.

The Nazis hated the Jewish people. You know -Hitler and his gang.

There is a difference,a big one if I may say so and would be happy to point out to you and others who still not seem to understand

A German ,is most likely born in Germany and therefore has the nationality.

Like, you be may be born in the US and that makes you most likely an American.

A Nazi though is a Killer, Murderer, Psychotic never worth living Individual ,
okay!

I'm German.I'm not a Nazi. Therefore I do NOT hate jews or any other human being, race, religion, nationality
You are American? Are you and Indian-killer?Do you hate them?

Do you think this is an okay question?

I didn't think so either !

Many people from many different countries state lately.
O I hate those Americans. And they make All of them responsable of what is going on right now.Like the war in Irak,Financial Crises etc.
I say - It's not you or my neighbor here or any that lives here and tries to survive
.
It is the government!

And I tell each and everyone the same
Don't say I hate,first of all,say - I dislike
and second of all Don't say Those Americans.

You can say Bush and his gang.Or do you have anything to do with that?

See- I did Not vote for Hitler either!

You know there are still ,way to many people ,hating each other.
Hating jews (and there are non-germans that do so)blacks, yellow, green, purple(some people have none better to do than hate and they always find a reason to do so)

And yes I'm sure I will get thumbs down or some crazy comment again, but that's totally okay with me
Just tried to explain the most simple way I could think of
to let you and everybody know the fine line and big difference.

And yes I'm also sure that there are still some Germans who dislike jewish people
and I also know that the US has way more ,so called, Neo-Nazis than Germany does

Not only Greed,
it is Ignorance that keeps us apart.
If we need to fight-
then why don't we do so together
for something that makes sense

Like a better world or so hm?

No the Germans are ashamed of their association with anti-Semitism. I don't believe they were ever "fool under propaganda" . The German people never hated Jews, they were under the authority of their government, many Germans helped Jews in fact and the German population is not responsible for the atrocities perpetuated by Hitler (an Austrian).
In general Germans are one of the most misunderstood and misrepresented nations on earth. If you want anti-Semitism look at America.

(and we both know you're not 9).

Do Americans still persecute Native Americans? *rolls eyes*
A little thing called google could have helped you out without potentially offending people. Have a look at German politics, does it look like there are still concentration camps being put up and Jewish people fleeing the country and the government is covering it up by propaganda?!
In every country you have idiots, that does include (and some would argue more so than in others) the US. Sure, you get the odd person is racist but your get them everywhere around the world.
If you have ever lived in Germany for a prolonged period of time you will notice Germans are actually notoriously paranoid about doing anything that could in any way be considered racist as nobody wants to have anything to do with it. In school you get the Second World War pounded into you, again and again and again, always with the underlying undertone of, we are VERY VERY VERY bad people and we should all feel horrible about it so it will never happen again. I'm not saying it is a bad thing but it is sort of annoying being made to feel bad for which you yourself have no responsibility because you were not even born yet. Unlike other countries we do not choose to gloss over the sticky and nasty bits in our history. I also agree with Beetroot, most German never hated Jews, some jumped onto the Bandwagon and embraced the concept of Jews as a scapegoat but a lot of people went along because this is what the government was telling them to do and while that may not be considered a brave choice, you must remember that those people and their families that did resist where persecuted to, Jew or no Jew. In addition to that many Germans either did not know the full extent of what was happening and some of the ones that did where shocked and disgusted. Have you heard of Oskar Schindler?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oskar_Schindler
While inititally he may have been in it for the money, he later on did save people without regard for payment and in the course of his activities he saved over 1200 Jews from persecution.

Germany is opening itself up to foreigners. There is a little fear among people who take a lot of pride in their German culture, language and values that things would deteriorate if they dont ask the foreigners to integrate into their own culture, language and values.. but this not a German phenomenon but a global one. US, UK, French, Spaniards, Saudis, they all want foreigners to respect local values and culture and do not want to their own culture, language or values disappear as foreigners bring their own.

It was not really any hate against jews, but actually it was a hate against foreigners, because by the end of World War 1, Germany was so suppressed by other European countries (i.e. foreigners) despite the terrible economic mess that Germany found itself in. The hungry and poor German people were angry on their own government because of the wolrd war 1 but were even more angry at foreigners who they saw as responsible for the bad situation in post-war Germany. In those times, Hitler emerged as a guy who was very vocal about HIS hate against foreigners, disabled and Jews. Hitler was loudly protesting against the Government that it supports the disabled, foreigners and other religions (after Christianity, the only other dominant religion in Germany was Jews). The people supported him, because they saw him as a passionate person who could lead them to change.

When Hitler came to power, he and his comrades killed many foreigners, disabled and people of other religion( most were Jews). But this was at a time when Hitler was too powerful for the people to stop him. The normal christian public, was killed too if they would protest against HItler's Government, which was called "Third Reich" or the "Third Kingdom" in english.

So people dont really hate anyone. Just like in US, UK, France, or Saudia Arabia, the German people just want to protect their own culture, language and values from getting obsolete as new foreigners emigrate into the country and bring their own values and culture which might clash with German values and culture.

There are some racists here, just like there are racists in any country including US, UK, France, Saudia etc. Racial hate is discouraged by the public, media and government.

However, the government understands the situation that German culture and values and language must be protected, so they have passed some integration laws, which require foreigners wishing to live in Germany to take lessons on culture, language and values of the German society.

Actually the Third Reich's propaganda spread all over the western world and survives in cells of diferent groups some of these groups are German. Typically though these are small amounts of people! Not a whole nation. And Germany as a whole has become extremely open to the outside world and ethnicities! LOL BEETROOT HE MEANT HES IN 9th year in SCHOOL!!!! HAHAHAH

Off course not. Why don't you spend you next vacation over there and see it for yourself.

There is still some people thinking same way. They don't like Jews and they don't like anybody from foreign countries. So this is just a few people calling themselves Neonazis. But never ignore them. We need to stop that and never something like that happen again.
Like the KKK's in US. Some idiots like that is all over the world. Germany is great multicultural country and liberal. You need to visit this place one day, you can learn so much about history and see the great places.

Do rednecks still hate neg**s?

would be the re-question to your ..... input to Y!A

celebrate_me_home_2000
There are neo nazis in Germany, but they are not the representation of Germany. There are neo nazi's in the USA. There are even funnier Jewish Neo Nazis in Israel (I haven't figured them out.)

You know it is like the test where students were paid to shock a person with electricity for having the wrong answer. Some people did bad things just because they were told to.

In many parts of Germany, the cities have turned into melting pots of all kinds of nationalities. How about this take I think Germans like Jews as much as they like Russians.

In general, Germans do not hate Jews. Sometimes, you have Jewish individuals who really push and abuse the issue. If you were a German, you don't really want to get caught in the middle of something like that. i.e. Let's say you are a German doctor in a hospital. An old Jewish guy is a patient there. This old man touches the nurses where he should not. You confront him. He makes a few phone calls and the jewish representatives are in the hospital labeling you, the doctor, as nazi. Not a pretty situation. I know of several incidences, but it is not wide spread. I am a American.

Somethings like that happen and sometimes get in the newspaper, but for the most part, like I said most Germans do not hate Jews.

What gets Germans mad is sometimes they would like to move on from the past . . . Sometimes, they feel it is unfair in many present situations where they have to take the blame for because of their past.
