The government, or the people?
The government supports Israel, no doubt, but most Germans doubt that the recent attacks on Palestine were right. And I also think that most people in Israel and Palestine are fed up with the ongoing wars. But everybody there preparing for a peace treaty is risking his neck, and everybody in the western world who would try is also bound to be on a death list, from one side or the other, or even both. So I'd say the west should retreat from Palestine AND Israel, not supply them with anything, and make them fight it out. We'll pick up the pieces later. Or, if they want to put it the religious way: Let God sort them out.
Would be sort of a strange turn in history if Israelis came as refugees to Germany. And, seriously: They would be welcome. |

We are paying lots of money to Israel every years since 1949.
The German people's opinion is divided.
Some do support Israel, but some also not, because they say somewhen the payments to Israel should have an end because we've already paid enough. |
