No offense. NO. I live in Germany and I am German. You don't look German at all. Most Germans have paler skin, and lighter features. Although I would say that you could pass off as an Italian or a Greek. :-)

you could have dark skin and dark hair and i'd still say you look german,
because there's no specific 'look' you need to have to look german.
it's like America, just because Oprah isn't blonde and blue eyed doesn't mean she's not American. and look at Bill and Tom Kaulitz from Tokio Hotel :p they're German, and they could probably pass for Asian! also Heidi Klum, who was born and raised in Germany, if I'm not mistaken she was born dark haired with dark eyes (hazel or brown, can't remember)
if you are German, then that's proof that not all Germans look the same.

and these people who tell you you don't and that, i'm German,' are sooo STUPID! obviously they don't know anything about being German. i'm German from both sides of my family and my grandpa on my mom's side is blond blond blond, very fair and blue eyes as opposed to my grandpa on my dad's side, who has dark hair, light skin and green eyes.both have German last names, both are German. looks don't matter!
my mom has dark hair, dark skin, dark eyes, that doesn't mean she isn't German! i have dark hair, dark eyes, light skin, German last name and I tell people I'm German and it's not like they're going to say, oh no you're not German, I know what they look like because I'm German! or something stupid like that. okay that probably doesn't make sense,
but just because other people are German doesn't mean every other German has to look like you! :)
people are mixed now, maybe in the 1200s Germans were all fair skinned, blond hair, blue eyes, etc. but not in 2009.

Now I am half German and half american.
Nobody ever told me that I look American, although I look like my father.
I speak perfect German without any accent, and I speak perfect english without any accent.
When IÂ´m in the states nobody ever told me that I look like a German.
Are you from the US?
White Americans are German-British-Irish or from The Netherlands and others.
Germans are mixed up with Italians Netherlands British and Irish also.
Now how can somebody look German?
You could go to the states and if you speak perfect english, nobody will think that you are German.
And if you go to Germany speaking without a accent they will never ask you if you are American.
You can only tell if they start to speak and thatÂ´s all.
So nobody looks German or american or british and so on.......
