That's rude colloquial german; first the "polite" version:
Hey, listen, I don't care at all if she's mexican or american or "wel?" (that's not a german word - probably something's missing) or black.
Sch_eißdreck means s h it, jucken is itching - in a very rude way expressing total desinterest in the other person's attitude / point of view |

I think the mystery word might be weiss meaning white- it could be spelled with an esett, a special character meaning double ss and the computer might not have picked up, like it didn't for scheissdreck. |
