The answer is no Afro Americans(I hope that is the political correct term) are not exotic at all in Germany.
Depending if you are in a big city or in some rural area you find more or less but nowhere they are seen as exotic.
Have you heared of globalisation ? We do not live on another planet in Germany.

No, they do not. There are numerous black people in Germany, from Africa or from the US, and frankly, it doesn't matter where they are from, they are still nt "exotic". Sorry to burst your bubble, but Germany has a lot of everyone, and we are quite used to all of them.

at least i think white US americans are much more exotic than black US americans..
in hamburg i see black people all the time and we get used to it
that we dont scream out loud we love black people doesnt mean we are against them

It depends where u want to go - in Hamburg there is a big Afro German community - in East Germany and Berlin life is dangerous for Blacks. Yesterday a black guy was almost killed in Berlin. Sad ... but in Hamburg, Munich there are many Blacks.
